Thomas Juliano – Electrical

Tom was an electrician with over 23 years of construction experience as well as 19 years of electrical design. He has been involved in a variety of projects in the planning, design, construction administration and management in the support of the client and the architect. His knowledge of electrical construction and design has helped many clients fulfill their projects in a cost efficient and timely manner.

General Growth Properties Malls:

Staten Island Mall

Designed the replacement of severely damaged electrical service section due to a fault. Coordinate complete replacement of main switch, bus duct and distribution board with owner, supplier and contractor.

Perimeter Mall – Atlanta

Replacement of two electrical service switchboards. Designed new electrical switchboard, coordinated selection of contractor, and coordinate scope of work with owner and contractor.

Paramus Park Mall

Design and coordinate the installation of a back up emergency generator system.

Montclair State University:

Design and oversee the installation of medium voltage distribution feeders throughout the campus. Coordinate with contractors as well as another engineering firm to complete the installation for several campus buildings.

College Hall

Work with architectural firm on the renovation and restoration of the College Hall building to bring it up to new energy code while restoring it to its original architectural grandeur.

School of Business

Design complete electrical, data, BMS and telephone systems for a new building. Duties included job meetings, design coordination and contractor coordination.

Retail Projects:

Jersey Mikes

Designed several stores, including initial site visit for all MEP disciplines, coordinate with landlord, mechanical and plumbing designers. Responsible for the complete design of the electrical system.

Tiffany’s, McLoones, Smashburger

Solar Projects:

Lead designer for several solar projects involving schools, factories and office buildings. Complete involvement from initial survey and analysis.

Hospitals:

Project designer of several local hospital renovations including patient rooms, treatment rooms and office space.

Automobile Dealers:

Electrical designer on several renovations of new car dealer showrooms and mechanic shop in several states.

Data Centers:

Involved in the construction management of several data centers around the country. Also involved with the coordination between the various teams of designers, the construction trades and the client.
